Pro Injector
For Pro Injector Academy, the training arm of Tiara Clinics, I developed a comprehensive marketing structure to promote medical aesthetics courses for doctors and nurses. This included campaign planning across Meta and Google Ads, designing dedicated landing pages, and integrating CRM systems to streamline sign-ups and follow-ups.
I also created promotional content (ads, emails, and social media) to highlight courses, trainers, and success stories. By aligning ad campaigns with automated processes and lead nurturing, we generated consistent demand for courses and built brand recognition among medical professionals across the UK.

M3X
For M3X, a Mexican restaurant brand, we designed and launched seasonal advertising campaigns and created themed digital content tailored to cultural events and festive periods. These campaigns helped the restaurant capture attention during peak moments, attract new customers, and increase sales throughout specific seasons.
By aligning ads with creative storytelling and timely promotions, we boosted visibility and engagement across their social media platforms, strengthening brand presence and driving measurable growth in footfall and orders.

Tiara Clinics
MCM Grow partnered with Tiara Clinics, a UK-based doctor-led aesthetics group with clinics in Birmingham. I supported their growth almost from the start by managing paid advertising campaigns, improving their local SEO presence, and creating seasonal promotions that boosted new patient acquisition.
Alongside campaign strategy, I built automated funnels (consultation forms, birthday vouchers, email flows) to increase retention and repeat bookings. My work also included blog content to strengthen their online authority and performance tracking systems (GA4, Meta CAPI) to optimize every step of the customer journey.

Meta Marketing Pro Experience
During my time as a Meta Marketing Pro, I worked directly with over 130 businesses per quarter across different sectors, helping them improve their advertising strategies and scale their campaigns through Meta’s platforms. In this role, I advised clients managing substantial monthly budgets and guided them on best practices to achieve sustainable growth.
Due to confidentiality agreements (NDAs), I cannot disclose the names of these companies or their specific results. However, this experience gave me broad cross-industry insights into what drives successful advertising — knowledge I now apply to every project at MCM Grow.
